Carmichael Lynch has been growing. A lot.
Over the past four years, the Minneapolis-based advertising agency has reported double-digit revenue growth every year and hired more than 60 people in 2017. The firm attributes its growth to client retention, new business and low employee turnover.
For the second year in a row, Carmichael Lynch received the Most Inclusive Climate of the Year award at Interpublic Group’s Inclusion Awards. The award symbolizes a commitment to being a global leader in promoting diversity and inclusion in business.
The ninth annual event also showcased a new global brand platform titled, “Inspired Inclusivity.” The initiative is intended to make diversity and inclusion an urgent business issue in today’s companies.
Minneapolis advertising agency Carmichael Lynch didn't have to look far in its new president search.
The firm named Julie Batliner, the current head of its public relations arm, as its new agency president, the company announced Tuesday. Batliner will take over a role that was formerly held by Marcus Fischer, who was promoted to chief executive last month.
